Join us this October in celebrating ROCKtober as we focus on aggregates being the cornerstone of society! Most materials from a quarry are used within thirty miles, staying in the local community. This is important because each person in the U.S. requires over 40,630 pounds of minerals yearly, including 10,765 pounds of stone, 7,254 pounds of sand and gravel, and 685 pounds of cement. #RocksBuildAmerica

Did you know that aggregates can be found in many household items? Aggregates are essential materials that play a crucial role in our daily lives, from the kitchen to our bathroom products, windows, and even our cars.

US Aggregates® had the pleasure of attending University of Kentucky Department of Mining and Engineering's first career fair. We were honored to be one of the 10 companies present, engaging with students for internships and potential future employment opportunities. A special thank you to our team members: Kensington Kissel, Rachel Lockhart and Ben Stork for making the trip and representing the team!
