Taking flight! ✈️ U.S. Air Force veteran Tamiko Bailey is the President and CEO of Bailey's Premier Services LLC. The Fort Worth, Texas-based business is a multi-state defense contractor that provides aircraft maintenance and other support services for federal, state, and local agencies. Tamiko has more than 30 years of combined military and industry experience. During her military career, she worked in aviation, supporting an F-15/F-16 squadron and serving two tours of duty in the Middle East. Tamiko started the business out of her garage in 2010. To help grow it, she received business counseling from a local Small Business Development Center and used an SBA-backed loan to establish working capital. Today, the business has more than 150 employees working at military bases across 11 states and internationally.
