⚡Pro Tips Alert⚡: Supercharge Your Job Search With These Strategies! ❗1. GO BEYOND JOB POSTINGS: Many job seekers focus solely on job postings to find opportunities. If you're only looking at those, you might miss out. Take a proactive approach and reach out to companies you're interested in, regardless of whether they have an active posting. You never know what opportunities might be under the surface! 🕹️2. STAY ORGANIZED: One of the biggest challenges during a job search? Staying organized. Use spreadsheets or documents to track your applications and outreach. Note down the company names, contacts, and any follow-up actions. It keeps everything clear and helps you avoid missing any crucial steps! 🔎3. RESEARCH AND CONNECT: Found a job ad you're interested in? Don't just apply and wait. Dig deeper to identify the hiring manager. Send them a polite, professional LinkedIn connection request with a note about your application and interest in the role. It could be the edge you need! 📚4. IGNORE BOILERPLATE REQUIREMENTS: Many job postings have a list of requirements like 'Bachelor's Degree Required'. Before turning away from an interesting opportunity, remember it's a wish-list and not necessarily a deal-breaker. Demonstrate your valuable experience and other qualifications instead. Remember, job-searching is not just about your skills; it's also about your strategy! Good luck out there!🍀🚀

HIRING! - eCommerce Creative Director for Consumer Goods Client

Looking for backgrounds with strong eCommerce UX/UI strategy, creative vision and experience driving eCommerce revenues in the $50M+ range in a DTC or eTailer environment. Listed as hybrid, but it's "local hybrid" meaning 3d/wk in office - so you must be willing to relocate (if necessary) to within a commutable distance to the office. (spending a week a month at HQ for example is not an option)
