Finding your dream career isn't a one-size-fits-all journey. For Tilson's Jane Martell, her path to success involved gaining valuable hands-on experience before committing to higher education. After immersing herself in various roles for eight years, she decided to return to school, earning both her associate's and bachelor's degrees in just three years while balancing a full-time job. Shortly after completing school, Jane started working at Tilson as a Business Operations Manager, marketing the completion of what Jane refers to as the "biggest but most rewarding challenge." Now, two years into her role at Tilson, Jane serves as the Senior Manager of Business Operations for our Construction Technology team.
