Net Promoter Score (NPS) The Net Promoter Score or NPS is the gold standard of customer experience metrics. It measures customer loyalty by evaluating their likelihood of recommending a specific business and is measured from -100 to +100. NPS scores are calculated by a single-question survey, “How likely is it that you would recommend (Specific Organization – Product – Service) to a colleague or friend?” The options to respond are between 0 and 10, with 10 being extremely likely. Based on the response, there is a simple equation to calculate the NPS score.
