Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to celebrate Team Member Appreciation Week here at The Morrow Hotel. It was a week filled with gratitude, recognition, and heartfelt appreciation for the amazing individuals who embody the spirit of excellence and collaboration that defines our team. From team lunches to wellness activities with many surprises in between, every moment was a testament to the dedication and hard work that each member of our team brings to the table every single day. Highlights of the week included an omelette station, R&B yoga, Taco Tuesday and a family luncheon. Angelica Ridings runs the tightest ship :). This team is one of the best performing teams working with Passion, Pride and Purpose and delivering guest experience at the highest levels. Our housekeeping and cleanliness scores are some of the highest in the brand and when I say high .. I mean 99- 100 High. The attention to detail and the pre shift meetings are incredible. Anytime I am looking for additional inspiration, I join the housekeeping morning meeting. There is no strategy more effective than Guest Experienve and this team lives and breathes that mantra.
