One of my favorite events of the year is attending and presenting at the annual Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board foodservice industry conference. It’s the must-attend event for operators , suppliers, distributors and others involved in the business to gather, network and learn. This year the event was held at Johnstown Estate in Enfield, about 45 minutes outside Dublin. We’ve been honored to partner with Bord Bia for 11 years, helping conduct research that provides critical insights into the Irish foodservice industry. Thanks especially to Maureen Gahan for a decade+ of collaboration.

Large movie theater chains continue to invest in expanding food and beverage offerings. Both AMC (+28%) and Cinemark (+25%) posted increases in foodservice sales in 2023 – despite ongoing location closures in both companies. #foodservice #businessintelligence #foodandbeverage
