    10 years ago on July 9th, 2014 I started my journey at TBWA\Worldwide. It has been the most rewarding chapter of my career. On this anniversary, I want to thank both John Wren and Jean-Marie Dru for offering me this opportunity, but also for the gift of Disruption. Disruption is a mindset, a methodology, a standard, a point of differentiation. A way of living in communications and in business. It is indeed a gift for the curious, creative and confident ones. We are always in beta, the home for the ambitious, the cultural engine for 21st century brands. I love these platforms. They drive our 11,000 creative minds. It keeps us honest, motivated and perpetually and positively frustrated. I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by so many outstanding talents but more importantly kind and generous souls. I want to thank you for your tireless efforts and for your belief that none of us are as good as all of us. To our clients, many of which have been long time partners way before my time, thank you for your trust, openness, bravery and honesty. We get to the future faster with the truth and I am excited for us all as we move forward together. And lastly I want to thank my wife for her unwavering support and ideas (particularly when I ran out of them) and to my children who have stood by me during many a day away and reminded me, always, what is most important in life.     We’re “genuinely tickled” over this too, Cube. In TBWA\Chiat\Day LA’s latest campaign for Jack in the Box, CEO Jack Box has teamed up with the Rapper and SoCal icon, Ice Cube, to defend Jack’s crown as the leader of late night with 'Cube’s Munchie Meal’ and bring back the fan-favorite Chick-N-Tater Melt. No stranger to iconic collabs, this is the second iteration of Jack in the Box partnering with fan-favorite West Coast rappers. Fun fact: the two worked together previously on campaigns such as the T Mobile “Welcome home” push in 2010. Speaking about James’ arrival, Andy says: “James’s character, experience and skill set make him the perfect fit for us. As a head of production, being a maker, a fixer and a doer is a given. But it’s his creativity that sets him apart.
