The benefits of physical activity extend far beyond health—it’s a powerful driver of economic value! Key Findings: 💼 Individuals: An "active day" is valued at $104.85/day, translating to annual benefits of $38,270, thanks to improved health and productivity. 🏢 Firms: Businesses see a direct economic benefit of $4.38/employee per active day, alongside a 2.7% boost in productivity. 🏥 Governments: Widespread physical activity could lead to 4.1% healthcare savings, a 2.2% productivity increase, and a 1.56% rise in GDP—huge potential for public health initiatives.
