It is always a joy to return to Stanford University and to participate in the Stanford Drug Discovery Symposium (SDDS) hosted by the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute. Thank you to the SDDS organizers Joseph C. Wu, Kuldev Singh, Amanda Chase, Mark Mercola, and Sanjay Malhotra. This year, it was an honor to participate in a Drug Discovery session with Mathai Mammen, M.D., Ph.D., Sanjay Malhotra, Flavius Martin, Robert Plenge, Mike Devoy and Sharon Barr. I was delighted to have the opportunity to share how Pfizer is leveraging #ArtificialIntelligence and #MachineLearning across research and development to accelerate innovation. These technologies are informing Pfizer’s endeavors in profound ways in order to transform how we discover new disease targets, design, select molecules, and advance research and development.
