Great fall day as Smith-Emery employees participated in the Sketchers Pier to Pier Friendship walk. The walk is a fun-filled celebration walking from Manhattan Beach Pier to Hermosa Beach Pier (and back again) to raise funds in support of children with special needs, public education, and a national college scholarship program. Thanks to Traci Young for organizing our participation!

We always love an opportunity to reach out and teach the next generation of technicians and industry professionals. Joseph Kingston, CWI recently worked with a group of students at Los Angeles Trade and Technical College (LATTC) Los Angeles Trade Technical College Welding Program, talking to the students about careers in NDT and provided a UT demonstration. Looks like a lot of fun!
