I'm so excited that our "Never a Bother" youth suicide prevention campaign won a Gold 🥇 (for Overall Social Marketing) and a Silver 🥈 (for Social Marketing Innovation) in the Social Marketing Association of North America (SMANA) Social Marketing Awards! And I was also happy to see that the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)'s "Talk. They Hear You." youth substance use prevention campaign won several awards. 🎉🥇🥈🎉 Over the last year, the Civilian team engaged over 400 youth in the creation of the Never a Bother campaign, redefining what co-creation means. The groundswell of youth actively engaging, contributing to social media, sharing their personal stories, and reminding their peers they are Never a Bother is truly inspiring. The campaign is already making an impact and fostering a supportive community. We are so proud of this achievement!
