Still on this NDA / Private Market discovery mission. I’ve spoken with 7 investment bankers in the last 2 weeks about NDA management. Still early, but My early conclusion is that investment bankers absolutely love grinding out the NDA process via email. Like they LOVE it. And they also absolutely HATE it. It’s fascinating. Nothing says— let’s make a routine, low risk transactional process as absolutely slow and painful as humanly possible— like sending 500 blank NDAs via email. Oh, and what's even wilder-- they don't use eSign. They just email the final draft, wait for the buy side to sign however they sign, then IB signs, then they email it back. AutoNDA is going to accelerate this entire NDA use case for IB. And we're going to do it really simply and elegantly without forcing either side to adopt a platform, specific template or otherwise change their primary behavior.
