American-based art equipment brand, Canvas, was paying more than $30K in tariffs to import their products into the US. Already working with ShipBob for order fulfillment, the Canvas team began exploring ShipBob's Section 321 capabilities as a way to bypass costly tariffs. Now, instead of importing their goods directly into the US, Canvas sends their inventory to ShipBob's Tijuana, Mexico bonded warehouse. Collective of brands, Wholesome Goods, is the parent company to many popular DTC brands. Initially, the brand fulfilled orders from their own warehouses with a WMS they internally built. Eventually, they decided to partner with ShipBob for our WMS and a hybrid order fulfillment solution so they could reach more customers more quickly.
