Event attendees were also treated to a fashion show with models wearing the latest designs from each of their collections with SHEIN X! The back-to-school season is in full swing! As students return to classrooms, SHEIN has worked with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to help ensure students have the resources they need to excel both in and out of the classroom by providing school supplies. Earlier this month, over 100 SHEIN employees from offices across the U.S. volunteered their time to pack 600+ backpacks with essential supplies – from pencils to hygiene products – distributed to the youth organization.    Thanks to all the SHEIN volunteers for their contribution! The recent launch of the SHEIN X MONSE collection was a resounding success! Created by designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia who mentored five independent designers involved in the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program to co-design and release a workwear line, they succeeded in turning luxury and upscale fashion into accessibility and community empowerment.    Part of this one-of-its-kind collaboration is the partnership with Dress for Success Greater New York City, dedicated to connecting women to career support and development tools as well as business attire to help them champion their journey toward professional success. Watch Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia style inspiring women from the program with outfits from the collection seeking to enhance their professional image and boost their confidence to take on the world.    "Having the partnership with SHEIN and the presence of Fernando and Laura was particularly influential for our women because they can see what the possibilities are. 🌟 Say hello to Neema Mochoge from Minneapolis! 🌟 Passionate about empowering women to feel confident and beautiful at any size, Neema started her fashion label, MOCHEI, and partnered with the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program to create affordable and accessible fashion pieces. 🌟 Meet De Johnea Thorpe and Danielle Brion 🌟 These incredible fashion designers from Tampa, Florida sat down with us recently to share their backgrounds and how they got involved with the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program. Dé Johnea shared, "I received an email from SHEIN...I'd never heard of any type of program like that for independent designers, so I signed right up and started creating my first collection. SHEIN believes every individual deserves to access their full potential. Through our equitable empowerment commitment, we aim to provide opportunities and resources for communities to thrive. Collaborating with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of America is one way we can create positive impact in the communities we operate in.    In our first year of partnership, we’ve identified Boys & Girls Clubs of West San Gabriel Valley and Eastside to connect SHEIN U.S. employees directly to BGCA's mission and offer exposure to an IRL workplace experience for Club youth. A great example of this is a recent initiative at our SHEIN Summer Picnic. SHEINers were joined by teens from the Club, as they took part in the company team building activities aimed at cultivating values of camaraderie and togetherness. In return, the teens invited everyone to partake in their Kindness Pledge and hosted a complete booth activation made up with arts and crafts, games, and volunteer opportunities...for a mutually enriching experience!    💙 We're grateful to support Boys & Girls Clubs to create opportunities for young people to be successful in their futures.   #equitableempowerment #kindnessisfree #greatfutures

🌞 Summer has officially arrived which means it’s time for the SHEIN Annual Picnic! Last week, SHEIN team members from offices across the U.S. came together to take part in a fun-filled company event at Santa Anita Park. The SHEIN Rodeo was a day full of activities (including painting lessons and Wanderlust Creamery treats!) along with a special track tour from 30-year professional jockey veteran Iggy Puglisi. Most importantly, it was a chance for over 300 SHEINers to come together and make meaningful connections. Thanks to everyone who made this event a success!
