On November 5, 2024, Missouri voters approved Proposition A, which increases the Missouri Minimum Wage to $13.75 per hour effective January 1, 2025, and then to $15.00 per hour effective January 1, 2026, also adding a paid sick leave requirement for some workplaces. Proposition A impacts many Missouri employers, who will want to remain diligent to ensure compliance. I am thrilled to announce that I will be joining Seigfreid Bingham, PC as an Associate Attorney in the litigation division following the bar exam in Fall 2025!
