We're delighted to welcome two new attorneys to SSRGA! Allison Kapner focuses on matrimonial and family law handling cases such as marriage dissolutions, custody disputes, paternity actions, and child support. She began her legal career in 2000, working alongside her father, Lewis Kapner, a retired judge. After 15 years, she expanded her practice and later worked with the Florida Department of Children and Families, advocating for children’s best interests. She is a former president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. David J. Kim focuses his practice on community association law and civil litigation. He represents condominium and homeowner associations in transactional, operational, corporate, and litigation matters. He also handles construction defect claims for community associations, property owners, contractors, and subcontractors. Immediately prior to joining SSRGA, David served as General Counsel at Steel Commander Corp, a steel fabrication company. Both attorneys are based out of our South Florida office and can be reached at 561-769-5600. Read more about their joining in the Daily Business Review: https://lnkd.in/eG4XZxCt
