Students are learning all about #tomatoes in the dining hall this month as part of our #EducationalSeasonings program. Tomatoes are a diverse food that can be blended into a sauce or eaten many ways, including raw, fried, roasted, stuffed, or baked. #inspiringminds

Safety is our priority, and we take food allergies very seriously. To ensure community members with food allergies feel safe and included, we follow a comprehensive allergen management program called Serve It Safely, which covers everything from purchasing and deliveries to food preparation and service. Our Registered Dietitians review every ingredient used in our recipes and tag menu items that contain one or more of the 12 most common allergens.
