🚧 Project Update: SR 417-149 🚧 SACYR USA & CANADA is excited to share that our dedicated project team in Orlando has completed all paving operations on State Road 417 from Landstar Boulevard to Boggy Creek Road. To hit this important milestone: ✅ More than 68,000 tons of asphalt were laid 🚜 ✅ Temporary Lane closures were implemented to minimize impact to motorists traveling on SR 417 ⛔️ ✅ Our paving crews worked night shifts to avoid lane closures during peak travel times ☕️ It’s not long now until we reach completion on this 3.7-mile project which will: 👉🏻 Expand SR 417 from 4 to 6 travel lanes 🛣️ 👉🏻 Add 11 noise walls to help reduce the impact of noise pollution on nearby communities 🎧 👉🏻 Incorporate Flex Lanes which will accommodate additional traffic during emergency response events 🌀 This is 1 of 5 capacity improvements projects on SR 417 which are currently underway. 📃We have presented our results for the first nine months of the year, showing a remarkable 65% growth in operating cash flow, reaching €805 million. This metric best reflects the value generation of a P3 company like ours, where 90% of EBITDA comes from P3 assets with low demand risk.   ➡Another key figure for the period is our construction backlog, now at €10 billion, driven by our robust growth platform in the P3 and water sectors.   These results bring us closer to achieving the objectives set in the 2024-2027 #StrategicPlan. “Great news!!! Works are advancing very well on the new Westbound Frontage Road on the FM 1585 project in Lubbock, Texas. SACYR USA & CANADA is building the FM 1585 project on behalf of Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOTLubbock). This project, as part of the Loop 88 program, is converting the existing road (FM 1585 / 130th Street, from Chicago Avenue to Avenue U) from a rural, two-lane roadway into a six-lane freeway with frontage roads, bridges over 4 main intersections, and ramps. The focus of Sacyr’s team is to progress our works on the new Westbound Frontage Road as smooth and effective as possible in collaboration with our client Texas Department of Transportation. Works completed so far: -  21,000 linear feet of drainage – 100%. -  28,000 tons of hot asphalt – 90%. - 19,000 cubic yards of reinforced concrete pavement – 85%. - 100% of Quaker and University intersections and 75% of Slide and Indiana intersections (Due on November 18th). - 15,000 linear feet of curb & gutter out of 27,000 – 55%. On the top of this, Texas Department of Transportation has partnered with SACYR USA & CANADA to work on the mainline where progress is outstanding: - 42,000 linear feet drainage - 100% - more than twice the height of mount Denali (Alaska) - 650,000 cubic yards of earthworks - 73.5% - 200 Olympic swimming pools. - 15,000 out of 60,000 tons of asphalt – 25%. - 290 units drill shafts/columns out of 320 units – 91%. - 167,000 out of 216,000 square feet of MSE panels - 77% - 3 Texas Tech football fields.
