💙 Join Us for the Movember Charity Run in Leiden! This November, we are thrilled to host a charity run with Rotaract Club of Tilburg International and PLNT Leiden in support of Movember—the global movement dedicated to transforming men’s health. 🗓 When: November 16, 2024 📍 Where: Starting point at Langegracht 70, 2312 NV Leiden (PLNT Leiden) While Movember addresses a range of men’s health issues—including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health—this event will focus specifically on mental health and suicide prevention. The day will begin with a brief presentation on men’s mental health by a representative of Movember, followed by a 1.9km run (or walk!) through scenic Leiden. Participants are encouraged to complete as many laps as possible and to seek sponsorship based on distance, enhancing the event’s impact through each lap. Following the run, attendees are invited to network over snacks and drinks, offering a unique opportunity to connect with others dedicated to supporting positive social change.
