Kids want a turn pushing the shopping cart to feel like active vs. passive participants. Same with pushing buttons, steering wheels, etc. These simple things give us purpose. Our hypothesis: Not much changes in this regard with adults looking to add value in a workplace. And the solutions sharing your workspace should always take a back seat to what you prefer and how you want to accomplish your goals.
