Being #collaborative comes first, always. Carter™ can't make picking workflows better unless we continually prioritize what people are doing AROUND the robot. 🚶♀️ 🤖 There are unique given circumstances to each environment, but conditions are also constantly changing. 🤔 That's why, taking literal hold of and/or overriding Carter's current objective is possible at anytime. It's as simple as taking the handlebar. 🤜

Kids want a turn pushing the shopping cart to feel like active vs. passive participants. Same with pushing buttons, steering wheels, etc. These simple things give us purpose. Our hypothesis: Not much changes in this regard with adults looking to add value in a workplace. And the solutions sharing your workspace should always take a back seat to what you prefer and how you want to accomplish your goals. Flexibility, choice, and control will move AMRs into new territory. #getahandle 🤖 🤝

Pushing, and how we go about it, is a choice we make. Pushing a stroller Pushing an agenda or message Pushing too hard (or not hard enough) Pushing off a wall Pushing our limits Pushing a robot? Wait...isn't autonomous movement, navigation, self-driving, etc. the whole point? Not always. In fact, the risks and complications that come with solely autonomous robots create a lot of issues for many use cases and environments. A seemingly simple handlebar on a robot can make a world of difference when it comes to #collaborativeproductivity, user experience, and broader adoption. There's power in a solution that puts more within literal reach, offering choice and flexibility. And that's why Carter™ is a different kind of robot. Autonomous when it can be. Collaborative when it can't be. #robotsforhumans 🤖 🤝 💡

On October 13, our VP of Design and HRI, Leila Takayama will join tech pioneers, educators, policymakers, and creative leaders at TEDx Palo Alto to discuss how innovation and idealism can help solve pressing, real-world problems. Human-robot interaction isn't an idyllic, ethereal vision for the future. What should and needs to happen when people interact with robots, and through robots, is an active innovation challenge, making concrete global impact, right now. #robotsforhumans 🤖 🤝 🌎

The only disruption #AMRs should be focusing on is drastically improving how they serve people. If people invest in a system that involves heavy behavioral and operational adjustment, the adoption curve is steep. And with #laborshortage challenges, ease of use and path-to-scale have never been more important. 📈 Automation initiatives involve a variety of stakeholders within a business. This diverse cross-section needs technology that works, is easily understood, and even more easily communicated. These requirements dictate the design and evolution of Carter™. 🤖 🤝 Remember: Behind every #deployment are teams of people trying to hit their goals. 📊 Inspiring image brought to you by John Bleau

On a scale of 1-10, the importance of easily mapping and remapping your environment is an 11. Physical environments - and the people at work in them - need more fluidity from #automationsolutions. They need easy ways to make frequent changes, ensuring workflows can run at the speed of their business. Carter™ brings #AI that is ready to make an impact on Day 1 - and adapt to whatever Day 2 or 200 demands.

What does an optimal carton set look like using Carter™? Our partner Paccurate put together a great walk-thru video to show success metrics and operational improvements made possible with PacSimulate + Carter. These metrics include: capacity, transportation cost, volume utilization, and corrugate savings. These systems can work together to achieve greater #efficiency, as well as some green gains! Thanks for sharing, James Roberge.

I've mentioned this before, but cartonization plays a crucial role in your warehouse ecosystem, especially when considering automation. Watch this quick 7-minute video showcasing how customers are utilizing Paccurate's PacSimulate to assess AMR solutions, with Robust.AI as an example. If you want to enhance your AMR order capacity, cut down on transportation expenses, and minimize corrugate/fillers, let us assist you in optimizing your fleet! #cartonization #AMRoptimization #Paccurate
