The cycle of working hard and working wrong, discovering things halfway through the execution and always having to do rework is exhausting. Definitely, if there is no good planning, there is no good execution. Sharpening your axe for a few hours makes you execute intelligently. Making a link with discipline... The undisciplined person's life is difficult: they're always late, they never deliver 100% and they always complain, shifting the blame onto others. The first step is to be humble enough to recognize this and change everything from there. I'm learning a lot about discipline from the people I relate to professionally. Small habits generate big results.

😡 How to Hate your CRM (Part 3): • Don’t make any fields required • Make all fields required • Grant everyone system admin privileges • Maintain 3 - 4 duplicates of each crucial record - Treat them as “backups” • Instead of using standard objects, try to create lots of custom objects • Ensure you have an abundance of deal stages (30+ minimum) • Say yes to every single request from end users • Exclusively use Multi-Select picklists • Let the entire team share one login • Don’t create any CRM quality check dashboards • Always postpone cleaning your CRM up • Avoid the Sandbox at all costs. Directly build in production • Randomly integrate with any tool your company uses • When in doubt, just add another field • Never document anything • Hire someone without any real experience to be the admin • Don’t hire an admin at all • Don’t train end users on how to use the CRM What am I missing?
