RREF recently closed a $31.50 million floating-rate loan to finance the acquisition and repositioning of a 328-unit property located in Dallas, TX. This loan was thoughtfully structured, allowing for future capital expenditures, with an initial funding of $21.9MM and an additional $9.2MM for future funding capex needs.
