It was great seeing everyone come together to celebrate the groundbreaking of Diamond View Apartments in South Bend. Our RealAmerica Team has been working on this project for over 3 years, so it's great to take a moment to recognize the impact it will have on the community and those who need the housing most. It wouldn't be possible without amazing partnerships that include the City of South Bend, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), 1st Source Bank, CREA, LLC, LOGAN Community Resources, Inc., and Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust.
RealAmerica Companies celebrated a significant milestone yesterday with the groundbreaking of The Diamond View Apartments in South Bend. This development represents a vital addition to the community, addressing the pressing need for affordable housing. We are particularly proud to announce our partnership with LOGAN Community Resources, Inc., which will allocate 20% of the units to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a father of a daughter with Down Syndrome, this initiative holds a special place in my heart and it’s truly fulfilling to be part of such inclusive and impactful projects.
