This year, during the 10th annual Saluting Branches Day of Service, RDO, Rainbow Treecare and many more packed up their equipment and joined forces at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. But the word partnership extended beyond the collaboration of the teams who were present that day. With boots on the ground and a common goal, the group exemplified that strong partnerships generate even stronger impacts on our communities. “One of RDO’s core values is We Do What We Say. Everybody that has been laid to rest out here, they did what they said they would do. When the volunteer event happens each year, it’s a yes without hesitation,” said Mark R., Vermeer Regional Manager, says as he reflects on the day.

35 years — right down to the day. Tim M., Account Manager from Burnsville, MN, has officially closed the door on his career and has welcomed retirement with open arms. RDO is excited to offer our vegetable farmers in the Southwest region a new precision weeding solution from FarmWise called Vulcan. Meet Joe O., Customer Service Advisor at RDO in Austin, TX. Following a career in the U.S. Army, Joe found his next fit with RDO. As a customer service advisor, his job is to coordinate parts and service for customers’ equipment and RDO’s rental fleet. In September, RDO team members from various stores collaborated with customers and local contractors to take part in the 10th annual Day of Service, a volunteer event honoring fallen veterans. Saluting Branches pays tribute to American service men and women by organizing volunteer tree and landscape care for veterans' cemeteries across the country.
