😵💫 🎯 With GPT-5, every AI builder faces the same impossible choice: Ship early and risk underwhelming users. Or wait for “perfect” and miss the market entirely. Most people would say "just ship it" but for companies with large, existing user bases, that risk becomes a real problem! Launching Unity AI and especially /run (agentic AI) I've learned there's literally never a "perfect" moment with AI. But the thing is, waiting too long is worse than shipping early! You miss feedback. You miss data. You miss the chance to learn and actually make it better. Worst case, you miss users and the market entirely. Not worth it 🙅♀️ The trick isn’t avoiding the risk, it’s ✨managing expectations✨ 1️⃣ Set clear expectations upfront — be honest about what AI can and can’t do. 2️⃣ Ship and collect real usage data — you can’t fix what you don’t measure. 3️⃣ Iterate to close the gap between expectation and reality. First impressions with AI hit different than regular software.
