We also want to "thank" our Columbia University scientific co-founders Hynek Wichterle and Arie Zask for ensuring that we thoroughly completed the challenge. Ten years later, we are grateful for crucial research funds raised for Project ALS through the #icebucketchallenge, which directly led to the development of our lead candidate prosetin for #ALS. We challenge our friends at Merck Neuroscience, Transposon Therapeutics, and Denali Therapeutics to take the plunge and continue spreading #alsawareness.
