Inside Plausible, we have a No Meetings culture. Instead of constant calls and calendar clutter, we prioritize: - Clear, thoughtful internal documentation - Async collaboration - Trust in each other to own our time We only gather intentionally when it matters: team offsites, feedback sessions, and the occasional impromptu “watercooler” thread. The result is fewer interruptions, deep focus and happier humans. 😃

How do we show you "unique visitors" while protecting their privacy? What it means to be a cookieless analytics? In Plausible, you can see that someone is/was reading your blog post. You can also see their location, operating system, device size, etc. But none of this data can be used to identify WHO was that someone personally. We don’t store any info on a device/browser (no cookies, no local storage) and don't track people across other websites being visited. ✅ Site owners get useful info, beyond just sessions data ✅ Visitors maintain their well-deserved anonymity

How we approach communications at Plausible? We actually try to listen. Too often, companies commoditise support, socials and other communication channels by putting people on there, who don’t really understand the product, the problems, mission, or what the people are asking. We try to be more, well, present! With the right people looking at the right messages – on social media, email, or support tickets, we do our best to respond to everything with context and care. It's also the number 1 thing that has helped shape Plausible. We don't intend to ever stop doing that––with 10 people on the team, or a 100, or 100000.
