We're thrilled to welcome our new District Production Manager, Ryan Rodriguez! Ryan joins the PB Family with over 14 years of experience in retail and extensive knowledge in high-volume bakery production. When he's not rising to the occasion, he enjoys spending time with his wife, specifically cooking together and being out in nature. In his new role, Ryan will be responsible for ensuring that sanitation, product displays, and food quality are at the highest level within the South Jersey and Philadelphia café markets. He's most excited to expand his knowledge and expertise in all things baking and pastry. We wish him all the best!

We're thrilled to welcome our new District Manager, Salvatore Izzo, to the PB Family! Sal joins us with over 15 years of operational management experience within the retail and hospitality industries. Outside of his growing career, he enjoys spending time with his family, and traveling to Florida as they are Disney lovers! In his new role, he will be responsible for supporting multiple café locations in achieving goals and company initiatives, while evaluating financial progress and identifying areas of opportunity. With his team-oriented and results-driven approach, Sal will support re-establishing the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community around the world. We wish him all the best!
