Nuuly, in partnership with KC Current and United Way of Greater Kansas City, hosted a “Say Yes to the Dress” event for 60 young women from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. Attendees picked out designer dresses (donated by Nuuly) for special occasions like homecoming or job interviews, with on-site styling assistance from KC Current players Hailie Mace and Gabby Robinson. “At Nuuly, we believe in the power of clothing to inspire confidence and create special moments. It’s an honor to contribute to such a meaningful event,” said Kim Gallagher, Nuuly Executive Director of Marketing and Customer Success. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eiPgssEE

ICYMI: Nuuly partnered with some of our favorite #CluubNuuly members to host mini events across the country! From a Bestie Brunch in Los Angeles with Josie Francis and Nicole Agner to a Matcha Meet-Up in Washington, D.C. with Gabby White to a BookCluub in North Carolina with Morgan Gillespie (thank you Penguin Random House!), we had an amazing time getting to know our community. Guests scored a free month of Nuuly and dove into activities like keychain-making, drink-sipping, DIY bookmarks, and all-around good vibes. Meet Joe Stratter: Nuuly’s Executive Director of Technology. He has been with URBN brands for 20+ years, and joined the Nuuly brand 5 years ago—before our launch! Joe directs a number of teams, including Engineering, UX, Product and Analytics. He works with team leads to develop the new features + projects that keep Nuuly Nuulying. We asked Joe about his favorite part of his job, and he told us that working at Nuuly is “kind of like raising a child. You get to nurture, shape and grow it. You get to enjoy its success and learn from its challenges. All that while working with some amazing people.” When he isn’t managing our upcoming projects, you can find Joe heading out for a run or unwinding with a new Sci-Fi novel. And on Friday at 5pm? He’s hitting the pickleball court, then testing out his mixology skills with a new craft cocktail. #meetheteam #urbn #nuuly #technology #engineering #ux #analytics
