About us

The corn checkoff and the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council (NDCUC) were established in 1991 by the North Dakota State Legislature. The NDCUC is responsible for allocating the state checkoff program dollars for research, promotion, market development affairs and education. These efforts include participation in programs under the auspices of other state, regional, national and international promotion groups.
