Survey Says: Agents are concerned over several core issues, such as: ✅ Frustration over reduced/eliminated commissions, making it harder to provide essential guidance. ✅ Concern about navigating complex, limited plans and formularies during Annual Enrollment Period. ✅ Concern over restrictive marketing guidelines limiting support and not protecting clients. ✅ Worry about beneficiaries’ access to trusted advisors and tailored health plans. On October 4, 2024, CMS released its draft Notice of Benefit & Payment Parameters for plan year 2026. This proposal includes key changes aimed at reducing unauthorized enrollments and plan switching.
