This feature is now live across Web and Mobile for Revel, Paytronix, OLO, and Thanx customers, saving time when responding to feedback and troubleshooting issues.

As the name suggests, customers can quickly provide post-order feedback with just a few clicks. Like the standard survey, reviews are auto-redirected to Google to help with online visibility. Merchants can fully customize the survey experience to align with their brand.
