About us

Our team was built around offering better local service to mobile home park owners throughout the midwest. Our team consists of Midwest Locals from North East Iowa, and North Central Wisconsin. After several years of selling multifamily, our team lead Jason Bergan saw a need for a more local option when it comes to Mobile Home Park sales in the Midwest. We are seller focused brokers, which means we primarily represent sellers and help them get a fair price for their properties. Our team offers local expert service, and we offer the option to meet face to face with all of our local sellers throughout our areas of service. We do this in order to more accurately advise them on the value of their properties, and to help our clients better understand and feel comfortable with the selling process. Through our years of experience in the Mobile Home Park industry, we have formed relationships with mobile home park lenders, owners, buyers, and supporting industry professionals. This ensures our sellers a smooth and simple sales process. Our listing contracts are free to cancel at any time, and no fees are ever due from our sellers until their property is sold. We believe that owners should always be the final decision makers on their properties, and approach the sales process as professional advisors, not as salesmen. All of our sellers have the option to keep their sale confidential. Even when we market the property, it is never listed on local platforms like the MLS, and you as the owner don’t have to worry about the residents of your property or your local community becoming aware of the sale before you want them to be.   • Our team is proud to present two in-fill opportunity communities in Iowa and Minnesota. These communities are listed separately, but have many similarities that may make it more enticing for someone to purchase them together. Both of these communities have 28 total lots, are listed at $220,000 (below $8,000/pad), and have current rents that are well below the market rate. Renville, MN: Each lot has a 14' x 60-70' concrete pad to set homes on and a garage stall for tenants (with the exception of lots 14 and 28). All utilities are directly billed to the residents. The streets surrounding the park are maintained by the city, but the community owner is responsible for the street in the middle of the park.
