Meditation can be a gentle and powerful tool for seniors facing cognitive challenges. It helps enhance mental clarity, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of peace. On August 27th, we were honored to have Peter London Global Dance Company of the Peter London Global Dance Company (pictured with Dr. Marc Agronin), host a Meditation Wellness event for our employees. This pilot program will be adapted to better support individuals living with neurocognitive disease and will offer valuable moments of calm and connection, supporting both individuals and their caregivers.
