Metz Culinary Management at Lebanon Valley College rocked the Mac & Cheese Fest Poconos, held the weekend of Nov. 9 ! 🧀🏆 For the event, the team presented a traditional mac and cheese, a Mexican street corn mac and cheese, and a dessert twist caramel apple mac and cheese. We are excited to share that the Mexican street corn mac and cheese tied for People's Choice and the caramel apple mac and cheese was awarded most unique! Huge thanks to our fantastic team for representing Metz at this event!

Stella Maris Inc. staff and St. Elizabeth independent living residents gathered to enjoy warm apple cider, delicious apple cider donuts, and the cozy ambiance of the season.
