On Tuesday, Brazil and Southern Cone Graduate Fellow Izabela Oliveira Rodrigues taught us how to make a caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail! MA staff enjoyed learning how to craft this classic cocktail, made with cachaça, lime, brown sugar, and ice, and trying other Brazilian snacks. Thank you Izabela for sharing this Brazilian cultural staple with us.

This week at McLarty Associates in Brussels, our Europe practice lead Jérémie Gallon moderated a discussion as part of our Economic Security initiative launched with CIPE Europe & Eurasia. The roundtable, which featured Elvire Fabry and Tobias Gehrke, focused on the future of EU-US dialogue on economic security. The discussion delved into the challenges faced by Europe to strengthen its economic security strategy, establish a clear set of goals, and adopt a comprehensive and coherent approach based on a more structured dialogue between the EU, its Member States, and the private sector. Our McLarty Europe team will continue to gather policymakers, civil society, and business leaders to explore Europe’s most pressing challenges.
