We are excited to share the successful completion of the A2E Essentials journey at EnseñaPeru. This program has equipped +100 participants with 9 essential skills, enhancing their ability to drive their impactful mission to transform education in Peru. As one participant shared, "I can better organize my time and focus on priorities. As an organization, we now have a framework and a common language in relation to the skills developed." As a nonprofit organization, Ukrainski Dom is at the forefront of empowering communities, preserving cultural heritage, and delivering humanitarian aid. We are partnering with BBBS Greater LA, BBBS Eastern Massachusetts, BBBS Connecticut, and BBBS Greater Chicago to provide this opportunity to 100% of their organizations. We are thrilled to partner with such impactful organizations with the A2E program. We are excited to share that our partnership with Dharma Life has kicked off with a successful first two workshops, with over 100 participants attending and providing overwhelmingly positive feedback. Dharma Life is an inspiring organisation based in India which improves the quality of life in rural India through an entrepreneurship model. They provide the rural poor with livelihoods and access to socially impactful products and services. They are an impactful organization which has reached over 10M beneficiaries across 40,000+ villages in India. The workshops we have run have focused on various planning skills, including prioritisation, getting to the root of problem solving and how to develop new ideas as well as execution skills, revolving around running effective meetings, communicating clearly and conducting pre-mortems. We are thrilled to see that 100% of the participants have recommended the workshops, and we are confident that the skills and insights gained will have a lasting impact on their work and the communities they serve. As one participant shared: “This workshop was totally a new experience for all of us as this was the first time we attended such workshop. It really was great and looking forward to others going forward.” We believe that investing in leadership development is crucial for organizations like Dharma Life to achieve their mission of empowering rural entrepreneurs and creating sustainable impact in India.
