  • Mesh Banners are a Breeze! We always want to provide our customers with alternate options when it comes to banners, and mesh banners are another choice that has become very popular. Mesh banners are a great substitute to traditional vinyl banners that are produced for outdoor use. So what makes them so desirable? Two reasons stand out as to why you might want mesh banners for your next order: appearance and functionality. Mesh banners are constructed with an open weave, which means it has tiny holes that allow for air and light to flow through without distorting the image. For this reason, they’re ideal for outdoor use appearing as a solid banner from a distance while still allowing air flow. Wind can be vicious, so using a breathable material is essential. This will help greatly with the longevity of your banner while still getting your message across. The functionality of mesh banners allows light, wind and sound to move through more freely, making them ideal to be used over fences, concert speakers, scaffolding and open spaces like stretching over streets. For construction sites, they provide protection for the contractors. Mesh will deter the prying eyes of thieves while keeping the work site looking its best. They also help with keeping dust contained and preventing lawsuits from neighbors claiming exposure. Mesh banners are proving to be beneficial in the field with their versatility and performance. If mesh sounds like the direction that you would like to go in for your next project, please contact your M.A.S. representative for your free mesh sample.

  • Window Graphics The store front is the first chance a business has to make a bold impression. What does the exterior of your building say to you? Why not make the outside look as great as the inside? Window graphics can achieve a lot when trying to get your message across to current and potential customers. With various materials available, window graphics can be very flexible depending on the intent. M.A.S. Industries, Inc. can help you find the right substrate for your application. Clear, white or perforated, what is the right material for your application? Clear Cling or Adhesive Vinyl A clear material can be printed reading wrong with white behind the graphic. This allows for the information to applied to the inside of a window to be viewed from outside. This same application can also be used for a double-sided window graphic, where the white becomes the barrier between the information reading from outside to the inside. White Cling or Adhesive Vinyl A white material can be printed reading right and applied to the outside of a window. Using a white material eliminates the need to print white behind the graphic. Adhesive vinyl is designed to stick to a variety of surfaces, including glass, metal, wood and plastic. Clings will attach better to smooth surfaces, typically glass, but also plastic and metal. Perforated Vinyl (Clear or White) Clear perforated vinyl can be used to create double-sided window graphics also. This process is the same as Clear Cling or Adhesive Vinyl. A barrier layer separates the information and allows for the information to applied to the inside of a window to be viewed from outside. White perforated material can be printed reading right and applied to the outside of a window. The perforated holes make it so people outside the window can see the information, and those on the inside benefit from reduced sun glare and increased privacy while still being able to see through the glass. As you can tell, there are many scenarios in which these products could be used. If these materials spark an interest for your business, contact an M.A.S. sales representative today. We will be happy to assist you in completing your next project.
