Over the past 6 years at Mars, I’ve grown through diverse roles, starting as an HR Analyst, processing HR transactions for UK & Ireland. Then I moved into a team coordinator role, focusing on people management. In my next role, I was working on the HR systems transition for 11 countries, which further developed my project and leadership capabilities. Currently, as an HRIS Analyst, I’m expanding my technical expertise by configuring systems and driving their continuous improvement as well as shaping a seamless HR experience. Mars helped me by shaping my development and giving many opportunities to grow. Our love for pets spans across the entire Mars business, and thanks to our Petcare teams across science and diagnostics, pet nutrition and veterinary health, we continue to learn more each year not only about the profound impact pets can have on our lives, but how we can create a better world for pets.   Last week, Mars unveiled the world’s largest pet parent study, which highlighted that more than half of the global population are pet parents, with many considering their pets the most important part of their lives.   Sadly, many pets remain homeless.
