As the days grow cooler and we settle into fall, we want to take a moment to celebrate our summer champions who went above and beyond to support patients and families at Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. ☀️🌟 From hiking mountains to hosting tournaments to driving across the country, these incredible advocates turned their passions into meaningful impact. Join us in applauding their efforts and generosity: 🏔️💪 BeWarrior took on their annual hike up Mt. Rose in honor of Ben, raising $38K for ALD research and Dr. Keith Van Haren’s Lab! 🎣💙 Dean hosted his legendary Bass Fishing Tournament and reeled in $8K for the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford! 🚗🇺🇸 Jan-Erik drove across the U.S for Käthe, a little girl in Germany with “butterfly disease,” raising $5K for butterfly disease research in her name! 🚴♀️🎗️Cycle for Kids Cancer pedaled their hardest, raising $50K for pediatric cancer research at Packard Children's! We are so grateful to all our champions and their communities! Thank you for making a difference for children’s health. 💛

He’s thriving in high school and recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Spain. In March 2024, on his 16th birthday, Patrick rang the Golden Bell, celebrating the end of his treatments! 🔔✨ Today, Patrick is not only cancer-free, but also an advocate, sharing his story on behalf of other children facing cancer.
