Sure, everyone wants fewer meetings. But without the right tools, actually cutting down on meetings is difficult (if not impossible.) So, how can you keep your team on the same page without communicating in real time? The answer is visual collaboration. Visuals help people understand information faster, communicate complex ideas more clearly, and organically create documentation. So whatever the job is, visual collaboration can help you get it done—no meeting required. We’ve put together a collection of some of our favorite templates to visually collaborate with teammates on, like: ⚪️ Project status summary template ⚪️ OKR planning chart template ⚪️ Project timeline template View all of them (and try them out) here: https://lnkd.in/giU_p-RF Happy collaborating!

Our CEO Dave Grow shared how leaders can set their teams up for success in a way that fuels innovation with SmartCompany. This includes: 1️⃣ Streamline your tech stack by investing in tools that support visual collaboration 2️⃣ Create a shared workspace and use a platform like Lucid to centralise documentation 3️⃣ Leverage AI to automate tasks and free up time for innovation. A recent Forbes study reveals that 42% of workers experience stress due to ineffective communication. And to effectively communicate with teammates and stakeholders, you have to understand that everyone has different communication preferences (and you must know exactly what those are). Did you know that there are actually four different types of communicators? Here’s a rundown of each: 📈 Analytical: Communicators who prefer to present data and facts to support what they say. They thrive in roles that involve logic, data analysis, and direct communication. 🧠 Intuitive: Communicators who prefer to understand the big picture and quickly get to the point. These are likely your creative directors, marketing strategists, product managers, and visionary leaders. 🧩 Functional: Communicators who focus on processes and carefully plan their actions so nothing is missed. They thrive in roles that require structure, like a QA analyst, operations manager, accountant, or compliance officer. 🤝 Personal: Communicators who emphasize relationships and establish personal connections to understand others’ thoughts. They’re well suited for roles in HR, customer service, sales, or other people-facing positions. Curious which one you are? AI is amazing, but it’s best suited to replace portions of a workflow, not an entire workflow. In our new guest article, Anthony Morelli, former senior director of product management for Lucid’s intelligent platform, offers suggestions for intentionally implementing AI across your product development workflow to create business value. Here are just a few of his ideas: 1) Planning: Automatically sort ideas into themes and generate summaries of ideas or working sessions. 2) Building: Use AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, to help developers code cleaner and faster. 3) Monitoring: After your team launches a new product, monitor its success by conducting qualitative research and synthesizing that research using AI. Explore all of his ideas for implementing AI throughout your workflow in our latest article here: https://lnkd.in/gupx-xRF
