As a roller operator, Ernest is key in a smooth-running job site – not just for the finished road product, but also by looking out for his team's well-being. Foreman Duke Watt shared, "Ernest has been a great team member. He pays attention to detail and is always looking to keep us safe. When he isn't on the roller, he is directing traffic."
