Infections from viruses like flu, COVID-19, and RSV can surge in the fall and winter. People are indoors with less ventilation more often in the fall and winter, making it easier for viruses to pass from person to person. Some viruses, such as the virus that causes COVID-19, survive longer and spread faster in colder temperatures, and cold, dry air can may make it harder for the body to fight off illness. Check out the Risk Less. Do More. campaign resources that can help your communities understand more about the vaccines. Learn more: https://ldng.ag/RLDM24
