Lawelawe Technology Services, Inc. (LTech) is pleased to announce we have been awarded a $19.5M, multi-year contract to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Construction Management (CM) Technology Modernization Office (TMO), Resident Management System (RMS) with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support. The scope includes maintaining and updating the RMS application and all associated databases to increase the stability of the application for users and update the functionality and technical capabilities to meet the requirements of the users and align the application with industry standards. This includes but is not limited to development, maintenance, modification, testing, implementation, obtaining and maintaining an Authority To Operate (ATO), and support the integrated information system for the USACE. In support of this award, LTech and our partner Diverse Systems Group LLC, provide Project Management, Construction Management, Senior Programmer Solution Architects, Senior and Intermediate Developers, Senior Database Administrator, Cyber Security Specialists, Training & Documentation Management, Help Desk, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing and Systems Administration. Our Project Management and technical expertise directly supports an enterprise-wide standard system used by all USACE organizations to manage construction phases of over 72,000 active, completed, and archived contracts.
