This was a big quarter for All Temp! At our most recent Buffalo Lunch we celebrated our Care Team’s initiatives: employee care, community care and global care. In Q2, the team organized three wonderful events that supported each of these initiatives. We are always so grateful for this group and the ways they give back! We also discussed the ways that All Temp is changing and growing, including significant investments in new equipment, 40,000 square feet of new space, and a 65% increase in capacity. One of our top priorities during this season of growth is caring for our employees. As the heart of All Temp, the people behind the scenes are what keep us going. A big shoutout to our incredible Care Team for going above and beyond this past 4th of July! They hosted a fantastic lunch for the entire All Temp team. It was a fantastic way to celebrate America's independence outside of the work environment. It gave everyone a chance to relax, connect with colleagues, and enjoy some festive food and activities. This kind of event shows the true spirit of our company. The Care Team is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and this celebration is a perfect example of that. 🎉 Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for June 2024: Mateo Cantu! 🎉 Mateo has been a valuable member of our team since August 28th, 2023. His passion for online gaming and graphic design is evident in his contributions both at work and in his community. Mateo is actively involved in creating graphic designs for his church and volunteers his time to make a positive impact. He has been an active participant in our food distributions in Fort Payne and has an energy on the shop floor that brightens up the day. As the fourth of six brothers, Mateo brings a unique blend of creativity, dedication, and teamwork to our company. We are incredibly proud to have him on our team and grateful for his hard work and commitment. Join us in celebrating Mateo’s achievements and his well-deserved recognition as Employee of the Month!

I recently had the privilege of participating in a mission trip to Guatemala, representing All Temp Windows and Wilson Lumber Company. This trip was particularly special as I was able to share the experience with my wife and daughter. The hospitality and warmth we encountered was truly touching. As soon as we arrived, village residents welcomed us with open arms, and not soon after a few of the young ladies there were braiding my daughter's hair, before she even had a chance to sit down. This trip was a profound reminder of the importance of community and the joy of serving others. I'm incredibly grateful to work for such a supportive company that values giving back and making a difference. Serving alongside colleagues like Robb Wilson and my family and seeing the positive impact we could have was a truly humbling experience. I feel blessed to serve a mighty God who guides us to opportunities where we can help and connect with others on such a meaningful level.

Here we GROW! After several months of prep, we have expanded into our new facility! With an added 40,000 square feet, an additional vinyl line for assembly, and new automated equipment into production, we have set the stage for improved quality and delivery, ensuring you receive the best possible products faster. #AllTempWindows

The All Temp team gathered this week for a thorough scrub of "Building a Story Brand" book review. So much to learn about being the guide and NOT the hero. Our job is to help our hero (customer) win. We’re so excited our new Heico machine has arrived! This piece of equipment will allow us to wet glaze 125,000 window units a year, saving our team from this manual process and providing our customers with higher-performing windows. Stay tuned for more updates!

Congrats to our May Employee of the Month, Daniela Avalos! Daniela's a volleyball star who excels both on and off the court. She’s a pro multi-tasker juggling parenting, sports and her career. Daniela's also fluent in Spanish, regularly assisting with translation tasks. For the past three years, she's been a positive and valuable asset to the team. Whether you need an extra hand in the office or a volleyball partner, Daniela's your person!

Thanks to our Care Team, our bi-annual food drive with OneGen Away was a success! We were able to distribute over 325 baskets of food to our community with the help of our generous volunteers. Plus, we even found a heart-shaped potato! ❤️
