If you missed Science Knight Out, the Knight Campus' annual community science talk — or would like to see it again — a recording of the May 1 event is now available on the Knight Campus You Tube Channel. This year's featured presenter was Mike Hahn, a biomechanics specialist whose research is focused on lower limb musculoskeletal biomechanics, injury prevention and performance enhancement. In his talk, Hahn — who also serves as associate director of the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance at Oregon — demonstrated how new sensor technologies and the use of machine learning algorithms are helping to train faster runners and more nimble soccer players — and changing the game for players in all sports. https://lnkd.in/gU4K8Zjx
