That’s a wrap for the 3rd Jefferies India Forum!   Over three days, we are pleased to have welcomed 250 investor attendees and over 100 corporates - 50% represented by CEOs / founders and another 25% by CFOs - in what has become one of Jefferies’ flagship events globally.   The Jefferies India Forum was kicked off with an overview of Asia in a global context by Jefferies’ Head of Global Equity Strategy, Chris Wood, and featured insightful presentations from Jefferies’ Head of India Research & Strategy, Mahesh Nandurkar, and Head of India ECM, Jibi Jacob.   We also heard from a number of high profile external speakers on a range of interesting topics, including from Piyush Goyal, Minister for Industry & Commerce, on the growth outlook for India, and on India’s progress on physical & digital infrastructure from Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, Electronics & Information Technology.   Additionally, we hosted 15 pre and post-forum tours which gave attendees a taste of on the ground reality across some of India’s most exciting sectors including Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, Retail and Property.   Thank you for joining us and we look forward to welcoming everyone back next year.
