This month, we’re shining a spotlight on Jeff Marlow, Program Integrator at Intrepid! In his role, Jeff manages the requirements for Aviation Foreign Military Sales Programs. He has been part of the Intrepid team for 12 years, and in that time, his favorite part has been a combination of the people he works with and the work he does on a daily basis. "I'm proud to be an Intrepid employee, and I tell that to everyone," said Jeff. One of Jeff's proudest moments at Intrepid was being part of a dedicated team that contributed to the evacuation of Afghanistan. A few fun facts about Jeff: 👉 He has three beautiful daughters and one sassy, softball-loving granddaughter. 👉 His wife is his biggest supporter, making everything they do possible. 👉 His favorite Intrepid event is the summer ice cream social! 👉 Jeff served in the Army, retiring as First Sergeant. We thank you for your service to our country, Jeff! You exemplify the Intrepid spirit, and we are so thankful to have you as part of the Intrepid family.

The Senior Linux Administrator will provide support to the Tactical Innovation and Experimentation Lab for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems. Intrepid is now hiring a Program Analyst! The successful candidate will join our team in supporting the United States Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM). Tasks include: ✔️Assisting with data entry, sorting, filing, and analysis; working to resolve issues directly with participants; providing detailed status reports to stakeholders and other ad-hoc reports on the program; and providing monthly training to participants. ✔️Providing document processing support, including but not limited to data gathering, compilation, analysis, filing, and report submission. ✔️Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data received (including but not limited to participant applications, location submission forms, and re-certification checklists) for validation. Intrepid is now hiring a Senior Technical Writer! The successful candidate will join our team in supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (ASD(HA)). Tasks will include: ✔️Developing clear, concise, and coherent written content that effectively communicates capability requirements, shortfalls, and proposed solutions. ✔️Facilitating the review and coordination of JCIDS documents with relevant stakeholders incorporating feedback and revisions as needed. ✔️Completing various large and complex editing and writing projects as well as solve problems of varied scope and complexity associated with the MHS, Joint Capability Areas (JCAs), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processing, and Programming and Budgeting. The successful candidate will lead a team of Agile software developers in supporting a government project office. Intrepid was proud to be an Honor Sponsor at this year's AUSA / USA Patriots Softball Game! While the teams didn’t get to play, we still had a wonderful time dining and connecting with players from both teams. Each year, proceeds from the event go toward a weeklong kids camp hosted by the USA Patriots for kids who are also amputees or without a limb, all expenses paid. The organization's veterans serve as coaches and mentors for the children, teaching them adaptive techniques and life lessons.
