INTREN is here to help. Our crews have been working hard to help with all restoration efforts in North Carolina and through the south after the devastation of Hurricane Helene and we are prepared for Hurricane Milton. If you see lineman working make sure to stay clear as they are dedicated to safely and effectively restoring power to every community we can. Thank you to all of our mineworkers and everyone who continues to show up for everyone who has been effected.

Outdoor sports complexes are incorporating renewable energy systems like solar panels to offset electricity costs and improve sustainability. This can provide power for field operations and even feed excess energy back to the grid.

As Hurricane Milton approaches, MasTec Power Delivery crews will continue doing all we can to provide storm recovery support to those impacted by severe weather events. We're sending thoughts for safety, strength, and resilience to all our neighbors and loved ones in the area and to all the dedicated heroes on our storm response teams. We are sincerely grateful for the numerous acknowledgements from community members that let us know we're making a positive difference, including these kind words: “We cannot thank you enough for working countless hours to get our power back on Saturday evening. It truly melts my heart to know that you left your cozy air-conditioned homes and your beautiful families to drive all the way to Georgia to help others in need. I know it is your ‘job,’ but I can promise it is much more than that to the people you help. Y’all sacrifice so much for others and never ask for anything in return. You guys rock! Thank you! We will never forget you. Be safe.” #MasTecPowerDelivery #StormResponse #HurricaneHelene #HurricaneMilton #Safety #HurricaneRecovery #CommunitySupport #EmergencyResponse #StormHeroes #DisasterRelief #StaySafe #PowerRestoration #ThankYouTeam

Midwest INTREN Civil helped the kids at a local school in St. Louis, MO by providing them playground equipment. Lift For Life Academy is a K-12 school that transports kids from around the area and provides them an environment for education and to learn different aspects of life. They provide the kids opportunities to get involved in various programs, such as arts, sports, fashion, and theater. Our Civil group installed cedar climbing stumps, a picnic table, and fabricated the climber shown in the picture. This was installed on Monday, 9/30 so the kids can enjoy it moving forward. We are beyond blessed to help an amazing school providing these opportunities for amazing kids.
